1. Introduction

Welcome to KK Express Transport Ltd. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our transport services, including same-day delivery, commercial haulage, furniture transport, and all other offerings listed on our website or marketing materials.

By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Services

KK Express Transport Ltd offers:

  • Same-Day Delivery

  • Light Commercial Haulage

  • Event & Exhibition Logistics

  • Man and Van Services

  • Student Moves

  • Furniture & Single Item Transport

All services are subject to availability and confirmation via written or electronic communication.

3. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are based on the pickup and drop-off addresses provided.

  • Quotes are valid for 7 days from the time of issue.

  • All prices include 20% VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra labour, or changes to the agreed service.

4. Booking & Payments

  • Bookings are confirmed only after written/email confirmation.

  • Payment must be made in full before or upon delivery unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, or approved card payments.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled time will not incur charges.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quote.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

6. Liability & Insurance

  • KK Express Transport Ltd is fully insured including Goods in Transit and Public Liability insurance.

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Poorly packed or unprotected items

    • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen incidents

    • Damage due to pre-existing item defects

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate details are provided when booking.

  • Be available at the pickup and delivery locations at the agreed time.

  • Inform us in advance of any restricted access, oversized items, or special handling requirements.

8. Delivery & Timing

  • While we aim to deliver on time, all delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Real-time delivery tracking is available where applicable.

9. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery via:

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be handled by the relevant courts in that jurisdiction.
